Narrative:
We were heavy and were still accelerating and climbing on a well known and used departure when we spotted the white glider taking evasive action. This is a ridiculous place for glider activity. Previous day on approach, had hang gliders directly below us, but more than 1000 ft lower.

Narrative: WE WERE HVY AND WERE STILL ACCELERATING AND CLBING ON A WELL KNOWN AND USED DEP WHEN WE SPOTTED THE WHITE GLIDER TAKING EVASIVE ACTION. THIS IS A RIDICULOUS PLACE FOR GLIDER ACTIVITY. PREVIOUS DAY ON APCH, HAD HANG GLIDERS DIRECTLY BELOW US, BUT MORE THAN 1000 FT LOWER.
