Narrative:
On takeoff roll departing msp aircraft accelerated normal. Just prior to V1, aircraft pulled to the right. After V1 all system and indications were normal. During climb, descent and landing flare, all system and indications were normal. After touchdown, both main wheels locked. The aircraft came to a stop on runway 9/27 centerline with both main wheels flat. Did all appropriate checklists and secured aircraft. Notified ZMP and company of situation. Supplemental information from acn 245688: departed msp. Aircraft accelerated normally until just prior to V1 at which time it pulled to the right. All system and indications were normal. The pull was attributed to a strong crosswind.
