Narrative:

I was notified by the hospital of a medivac flight, I went to the airport and preflted the plane. When the ambulance arrived the medical technicians boarded an elderly woman on a stretcher who was ashen pale, sweating profusely, moaning and crying in a delirium and writhing in pain. I was advised by the medical technicians that she was to be flown directly to sju airport where an ambulance would be waiting to take her to the hospital for emergency treatment, as her life was in danger. Also in the ambulance was a mrs. X, who insisted on accompanying the woman to the hospital. I instructed mrs. X to be seated, fasten her seat belt, no smoking, etc -- the standard passenger briefing, whereupon mrs. X informed me that we had to wait for her husband to arrive. I informed her that this was a medical evacuate/evacuation flight and that we were leaving immediately. I began door closure and as I got to the pilot seat, I discovered that mrs. X had unfastened her seat belt, opened the aircraft doors, moved out of her seat and was standing with her head and upper body out of the aircraft door, shouting and screaming for her husband who was nowhere in sight. I got out of the pilot seat, went back to the door she was at, and told her that this was a medical emergency, that we were leaving immediately and if she didn't situation down in her seat and fasten her seat belt, she was out of the flight. Again, I began door closure and when I got to the pilot seat again, I found that again mrs. X had removed her seat belt, got out of her seat, opened the doors to the aircraft, and was again standing out of the door to the aircraft shouting and screaming for her husband who again was nowhere in sight. I got out of the pilot seat, instructed mrs. X that she was out of the flight, and to get out of the airplane and when she resisted, I forcibly removed her from the aircraft and departed. The rest of the flight was uneventful. I recommend that mrs. X be idented as a potentially hazardous and disruptive passenger.

Title: AIR AMBULANCE FLT HAS DISRUPTIVE PAX WHO IS EVENTUALLY EJECTED FROM ACFT.

Narrative: I WAS NOTIFIED BY THE HOSPITAL OF A MEDIVAC FLT, I WENT TO THE ARPT AND PREFLTED THE PLANE. WHEN THE AMBULANCE ARRIVED THE MEDICAL TECHNICIANS BOARDED AN ELDERLY WOMAN ON A STRETCHER WHO WAS ASHEN PALE, SWEATING PROFUSELY, MOANING AND CRYING IN A DELIRIUM AND WRITHING IN PAIN. I WAS ADVISED BY THE MEDICAL TECHNICIANS THAT SHE WAS TO BE FLOWN DIRECTLY TO SJU ARPT WHERE AN AMBULANCE WOULD BE WAITING TO TAKE HER TO THE HOSPITAL FOR EMER TREATMENT, AS HER LIFE WAS IN DANGER. ALSO IN THE AMBULANCE WAS A MRS. X, WHO INSISTED ON ACCOMPANYING THE WOMAN TO THE HOSPITAL. I INSTRUCTED MRS. X TO BE SEATED, FASTEN HER SEAT BELT, NO SMOKING, ETC -- THE STANDARD PAX BRIEFING, WHEREUPON MRS. X INFORMED ME THAT WE HAD TO WAIT FOR HER HUSBAND TO ARRIVE. I INFORMED HER THAT THIS WAS A MEDICAL EVAC FLT AND THAT WE WERE LEAVING IMMEDIATELY. I BEGAN DOOR CLOSURE AND AS I GOT TO THE PLT SEAT, I DISCOVERED THAT MRS. X HAD UNFASTENED HER SEAT BELT, OPENED THE ACFT DOORS, MOVED OUT OF HER SEAT AND WAS STANDING WITH HER HEAD AND UPPER BODY OUT OF THE ACFT DOOR, SHOUTING AND SCREAMING FOR HER HUSBAND WHO WAS NOWHERE IN SIGHT. I GOT OUT OF THE PLT SEAT, WENT BACK TO THE DOOR SHE WAS AT, AND TOLD HER THAT THIS WAS A MEDICAL EMER, THAT WE WERE LEAVING IMMEDIATELY AND IF SHE DIDN'T SIT DOWN IN HER SEAT AND FASTEN HER SEAT BELT, SHE WAS OUT OF THE FLT. AGAIN, I BEGAN DOOR CLOSURE AND WHEN I GOT TO THE PLT SEAT AGAIN, I FOUND THAT AGAIN MRS. X HAD REMOVED HER SEAT BELT, GOT OUT OF HER SEAT, OPENED THE DOORS TO THE ACFT, AND WAS AGAIN STANDING OUT OF THE DOOR TO THE ACFT SHOUTING AND SCREAMING FOR HER HUSBAND WHO AGAIN WAS NOWHERE IN SIGHT. I GOT OUT OF THE PLT SEAT, INSTRUCTED MRS. X THAT SHE WAS OUT OF THE FLT, AND TO GET OUT OF THE AIRPLANE AND WHEN SHE RESISTED, I FORCIBLY REMOVED HER FROM THE ACFT AND DEPARTED. THE REST OF THE FLT WAS UNEVENTFUL. I RECOMMEND THAT MRS. X BE IDENTED AS A POTENTIALLY HAZARDOUS AND DISRUPTIVE PAX.
