Narrative:
After servicing brakes on small aircraft biplane jul/sat/93 at approximately XX00 CDT, the aircraft was warmed up and a taxi run was started to check the brakes in preparation for annual. Power was retarded at approximately 50 mph and braking initiated. The plane nosed over when the wheel entered into a ditch.
