Narrative:
Engine failed at 2000 ft MSL, tried to keep running with carburetor heat, choke and throttle pumping to no avail. Still had approximately 5 gallons fuel out of a maximum of 13 possible. Forced to make landing in willow swamp while trying to reach open field. Reasons for stoppage: possible vapor lock, fuel pump failure or fuel line blockage. Jet airplane in swamp at 30 mi airspeed about 5-10 ft up when aircraft stalled. No injuries of any sort to crew. Major fuselage damage and rear attachment of landing gear.
