Narrative:
Aircraft was in the flair for landing when 2 horses and riders came out of tall grass onto the runway in front of aircraft. Airspeed and altitude were both too low to take much evasive action. Both obstacles were missed and a safe landing accomplished. Both horse-persons felt they had right-of- way over landing aircraft even though they were trespassing on the airport.
