Narrative:

Scurry 4 arrival, 11000 ft and 250 KTS. A VFR TA was issued at 1-2 O'clock position at approximately 10 mi, 10700 ft. 3 or 4 targets were on TCASII. Continued arrival and searching for target unsuccessfully. Advised ATC that target must be in clouds due to scattered to broken layer from 10000-11000 ft. Controller again reported traffic at approximately 5 mi. No contact. Shortly we received a TA on TCASII. Still no visual. Next received an RA to climb, still no contact. Climbed to approximately 11800 ft and received clear of conflict advisory. Informed ATC of executing RA and requested clearance back to 11000 ft.
