Narrative:
We were lifting off at fulton airport. An aircraft turned final, landing the opposite direction. We made a slight turn to right which should have not hindered the landing traffic in any way. Upon arrival back at the airport the young low time flight instructor 'blew his top' accusing us of chasing his student out of the pattern. The PIC chooses the direction of takeoff at an uncontrolled airport. (He is not running a control tower or unicom.) also, accused us of loading passenger with the engine running. (We doubt if the young fellow could have hand propped the engine.) passenger had already been briefed that the engine would not be stopped and there was personnel on hand to lead them to the cockpit and aircraft was parked on sod completely away from other aircraft on the field. Callback conversation with reporter revealed the following information: reporter stated that he was not monitoring unicom since the aircraft voltage regulator had just been replaced and he did not know if it was working to allow the aircraft battery to be charged. He said that he may have taken off against the windsock indicator. He further stated that he was on a photo flight with the door of the aircraft removed under an approval. He related that he deplaned from the aircraft to help load the lady passenger while the engine was running since he did not believe that he could restart the engine due to a low battery. He further stated that the flight instructor was the airport manager and unicom operator who reported him to the FAA FSDO. He has received a letter of investigation from the FAA of which he says that his 'lawyer' advised him to not answer as the lawyer would!

Title: PLT OF AN SMA SEL ACFT LOADED PAX WITH ENG RUNNING AND TOOK OFF AT UNCTLED ARPT OPPOSITE TO LNDG TFC.
Narrative: WE WERE LIFTING OFF AT FULTON ARPT. AN ACFT TURNED FINAL, LNDG THE OPPOSITE DIRECTION. WE MADE A SLIGHT TURN TO R WHICH SHOULD HAVE NOT HINDERED THE LNDG TFC IN ANY WAY. UPON ARR BACK AT THE ARPT THE YOUNG LOW TIME FLT INSTRUCTOR 'BLEW HIS TOP' ACCUSING US OF CHASING HIS STUDENT OUT OF THE PATTERN. THE PIC CHOOSES THE DIRECTION OF TKOF AT AN UNCTLED ARPT. (HE IS NOT RUNNING A CTL TWR OR UNICOM.) ALSO, ACCUSED US OF LOADING PAX WITH THE ENG RUNNING. (WE DOUBT IF THE YOUNG FELLOW COULD HAVE HAND PROPPED THE ENG.) PAX HAD ALREADY BEEN BRIEFED THAT THE ENG WOULD NOT BE STOPPED AND THERE WAS PERSONNEL ON HAND TO LEAD THEM TO THE COCKPIT AND ACFT WAS PARKED ON SOD COMPLETELY AWAY FROM OTHER ACFT ON THE FIELD. CALLBACK CONVERSATION WITH RPTR REVEALED THE FOLLOWING INFO: RPTR STATED THAT HE WAS NOT MONITORING UNICOM SINCE THE ACFT VOLTAGE REGULATOR HAD JUST BEEN REPLACED AND HE DID NOT KNOW IF IT WAS WORKING TO ALLOW THE ACFT BATTERY TO BE CHARGED. HE SAID THAT HE MAY HAVE TAKEN OFF AGAINST THE WINDSOCK INDICATOR. HE FURTHER STATED THAT HE WAS ON A PHOTO FLT WITH THE DOOR OF THE ACFT REMOVED UNDER AN APPROVAL. HE RELATED THAT HE DEPLANED FROM THE ACFT TO HELP LOAD THE LADY PAX WHILE THE ENG WAS RUNNING SINCE HE DID NOT BELIEVE THAT HE COULD RESTART THE ENG DUE TO A LOW BATTERY. HE FURTHER STATED THAT THE FLT INSTRUCTOR WAS THE ARPT MGR AND UNICOM OPERATOR WHO RPTED HIM TO THE FAA FSDO. HE HAS RECEIVED A LETTER OF INVESTIGATION FROM THE FAA OF WHICH HE SAYS THAT HIS 'LAWYER' ADVISED HIM TO NOT ANSWER AS THE LAWYER WOULD!
