Narrative:

I took a point out from msy approach on aircraft X climbing to 10000 to release jumpers. La regional lies 3 NM outside btr airspace and within the confines of airway V-20. Btr works the approach control into the airport and msy works the departures. During this incident, I had eastbound traffic on V-20, and a VFR inbound 4 NM west of regional airport. There are no procedures nor LOA with msy concerning parachute jumping activity.

Title: PARACHUTE JUMPING ON AIRWAY.

Narrative: I TOOK A POINT OUT FROM MSY APCH ON ACFT X CLBING TO 10000 TO RELEASE JUMPERS. LA REGIONAL LIES 3 NM OUTSIDE BTR AIRSPACE AND WITHIN THE CONFINES OF AIRWAY V-20. BTR WORKS THE APCH CTL INTO THE ARPT AND MSY WORKS THE DEPS. DURING THIS INCIDENT, I HAD EBOUND TFC ON V-20, AND A VFR INBOUND 4 NM W OF REGIONAL ARPT. THERE ARE NO PROCS NOR LOA WITH MSY CONCERNING PARACHUTE JUMPING ACTIVITY.
