Narrative:

During taxi and takeoff, all applicable procedures and checklists were thought to have been completed. After receiving takeoff clearance, a flight attendant knocked on the door to say that all announcements were not completed. The captain questioned the so about what was said and was satisfied that only administrative remarks were not completed and that all was ready for departure. There was a 9 min taxi to the runway, which is more than enough time for the safety brief. After takeoff the flight attendant informed us that the oxygen brief was not completed till after takeoff. In the future, recommend that very clear language be used from cabin to cockpit in busy stage of flight.
