Narrative:
On final at lga, I had multiple electrical system failures. I executed a missed approach to investigate the problem and within seconds everything returned to normal. I returned in normal sequencing to land and on final again experienced the same problems. I had a landing confign established so I declared an emergency to insure traffic priority and landed uneventfully.
