Narrative:
We were cleared for a 180 degree turn (at idle thrust) on the north side of the iad midfield ramp to park at gate. We did so. After parked we were informed that some baggage carts were blown over, but not damaged. Also, 1 ground individual was affected but not injured.

Title: LGT TURNING 180 DEGS TO TAXI TO GATE BLOWS OVER BAGGAGE CARTS AND 1 GND CREW PERSON.
Narrative: WE WERE CLRED FOR A 180 DEG TURN (AT IDLE THRUST) ON THE N SIDE OF THE IAD MIDFIELD RAMP TO PARK AT GATE. WE DID SO. AFTER PARKED WE WERE INFORMED THAT SOME BAGGAGE CARTS WERE BLOWN OVER, BUT NOT DAMAGED. ALSO, 1 GND INDIVIDUAL WAS AFFECTED BUT NOT INJURED.
