Narrative:
Flight crew attempted to turn down an all night msp-las-msp flight due to advance notice and no rest. However, no luck. Aircraft landed at msp at XA00 am local. Both captain and first officer had no sleep in previous 25 plus hours! It was an unsafe situation and, unfortunately, continues throughout the industry. I believe that ASRS should consider a safety alert about this problem.
