Narrative:

After takeoff, below 1000 ft AGL, our first indication of traffic was a TCASII TA. Radar display showed plus 700 ft, 12 O'clock, within 2 mi. Since there was no RA, I pushed the nose down and started a right turn. Simultaneously with that maneuver we got an RA to climb plus 2500 FPM. I abruptly increased the climb rate. TCASII showed traffic minus 100 ft within 1 mi off left wing. No visual sighting was made. After questioning ATC they advised us of a traffic watch aircraft in our vicinity.
