Narrative:
I have worked at north perry ATCT (hwo) for 4 yrs. In that time, we have submitted 2 ucr's regarding static on our frequencys. So far, nothing has been done to fix the problem. Airway facilities has recommended a remote transmitter site, but there is no money to fix it... Supposedly. Are we suppose to work traffic with static in our ear?
