Narrative:
Early morning fog on taxiway. Starting to taxi from tiedown left wing hit the nose spinner of an small aircraft that was tied down. Left wing of my aircraft received some damage as well as the spinner of the small aircraft was damaged. Still on ramp.

Narrative: EARLY MORNING FOG ON TXWY. STARTING TO TAXI FROM TIEDOWN L WING HIT THE NOSE SPINNER OF AN SMA THAT WAS TIED DOWN. L WING OF MY ACFT RECEIVED SOME DAMAGE AS WELL AS THE SPINNER OF THE SMA WAS DAMAGED. STILL ON RAMP.
