Narrative:
I was hired by an agency to spray some pasture/timberland for noxious weeds. As I looked the sight over prior to the actual application, I noticed a couple of vehicles parked nearby that appeared to be empty of occupants, so I searched the area nearly and the area I was to spray for hunters, I saw no one and began the application mission using a 'racetrack' pattern starting down area 'a' and returning on area 'B.' on the second pass in area 'a,' I noticed a hunter emerge from the dense undergrowth (quite possibly with a gun pointed in my direction) and start to move toward area 'C.' so to allow him time to evacuate/evacuation area 'a,' even though the product I was using was not poisonous, I started a back and forth pattern on area 'B' until he had time to move sufficiently far away (also upwind) from area 'a' into area 'C,' then I resumed the 'racetrack' pattern on 'a' and 'B.' this is when I noticed not 1, but probably 6-8 hunters in area 'C.' I can only guess that they had been hiding in trees, etc, stalking a small herd of deer. I'm not sure what they were hunting because they marched across 'C' abreast as pheasant hunters often do. As I worked toward area 'C,' they hunted that area and moved on to 'D.' I then finished 'C' and went home. Although they probably were perturbed, if I did in fact scare off their game, no one was endangered (except possibly me, since it appeared they were at times 'play' shooting me down, watching through scopes, or just lousy shots). Also, the product I was dispersing was odorless and non-toxic.

Narrative: I WAS HIRED BY AN AGENCY TO SPRAY SOME PASTURE/TIMBERLAND FOR NOXIOUS WEEDS. AS I LOOKED THE SIGHT OVER PRIOR TO THE ACTUAL APPLICATION, I NOTICED A COUPLE OF VEHICLES PARKED NEARBY THAT APPEARED TO BE EMPTY OF OCCUPANTS, SO I SEARCHED THE AREA NEARLY AND THE AREA I WAS TO SPRAY FOR HUNTERS, I SAW NO ONE AND BEGAN THE APPLICATION MISSION USING A 'RACETRACK' PATTERN STARTING DOWN AREA 'A' AND RETURNING ON AREA 'B.' ON THE SECOND PASS IN AREA 'A,' I NOTICED A HUNTER EMERGE FROM THE DENSE UNDERGROWTH (QUITE POSSIBLY WITH A GUN POINTED IN MY DIRECTION) AND START TO MOVE TOWARD AREA 'C.' SO TO ALLOW HIM TIME TO EVAC AREA 'A,' EVEN THOUGH THE PRODUCT I WAS USING WAS NOT POISONOUS, I STARTED A BACK AND FORTH PATTERN ON AREA 'B' UNTIL HE HAD TIME TO MOVE SUFFICIENTLY FAR AWAY (ALSO UPWIND) FROM AREA 'A' INTO AREA 'C,' THEN I RESUMED THE 'RACETRACK' PATTERN ON 'A' AND 'B.' THIS IS WHEN I NOTICED NOT 1, BUT PROBABLY 6-8 HUNTERS IN AREA 'C.' I CAN ONLY GUESS THAT THEY HAD BEEN HIDING IN TREES, ETC, STALKING A SMALL HERD OF DEER.
