Narrative:

While flying VFR at 10600 ft in the climb, ATC made a traffic call to us. Our heading was 250 degrees. A short glimpse of the traffic was seen at our 4 O'clock position coming straight at us at our altitude, and the decision was made to descend after hearing the captain of the other airplane tell ATC his TCASII was giving him a climb resolution to avoid us. By descending to avoid his flight path we entered the class B airspace at tampa through the top by about 500 ft. After clearing the traffic we climbed back up out of class B airspace and continued the flight.
