Narrative:
On final approach to land, an small aircraft Y aircraft became a traffic conflict. He/she approached from the 7 O'clock position and continued to land. When I saw him, I banked right and climbed, because he was in a low wing aircraft. After he saw me he went around. I asked him if he saw me, no reply. He then exited the pattern with no radio communications.
