Narrative:
Flew msp to gfk. ATIS reports indefinite 100 ft 3/16 fog. I am part 91 ferry flight, I fly approach to minimums and go around. First officer can see approach lights when go around is initiated. I look up and also see approach lights. Second ILS, approach lights visible at 300 ft above touchdown zone. At 200 ft decision ht, runway lights and markings and full approach system visible. Landing is made without incident, PIREP is made '200 ft overcast.' tower changes ATIS 'west 200 ft 3/16 fog.' our in-flight visibility exceeded the reported WX. More than adequate visibility was available on the second approach to see to make a normal landing.
