Narrative:
ATC advised small aircraft X to contact tacoma tower at senne, cleared for approach. Started timing approach and called tacoma tower on 118.5. 'Small aircraft X over senne, full stop landing tacoma tower.' I was never told to circle to land. Homebuilt Y landed opposite direction. Both aircraft stayed right.
