Narrative:
We were cleared to land on runway 24R at anc. The wind was from the south at 15 KTS, and the braking action was reported fair by a widebody transport air carrier. I flew a manual visual approach and made a normal touchdown in the touchdown zone. Just after touchdown, overrode the automatic brakes with maximum manual braking and had maximum reverse on all 3 engines. The aircraft began a slow drift or skid to the right. Maximum left rudder had no affect and I took the engines out of reverse, beginning with #3. The aircraft slowly came back to runway centerline using left rudder. We advised tower that the braking action was nil and that we came close to the runway lights. We taxied back to the ramp and on post-flight found cuts on 3 tires. I later found that no runway lights were found to be damaged.

I LATER FOUND THAT NO RWY LIGHTS WERE FOUND TO BE DAMAGED.
