Narrative:

Aircraft taxiing out of north ramp (expected to make right turn on taxiway K to go to runway 32) ended up on taxiway G entering runway 6L midfield with small transport on 6 mi final. This situation has happened at least 5 times in the past few months since the state changed the north ramp taking away the diagonal area and forcing the aircraft toward the taxiway G. This is the exact situation that caused an air carrier widebody transport to run over an small transport, destroying both aircraft in the early 1980's and forcing the state to make changes to the txwys. Now they have changed the txwys back to a similar confign to what we had when the accident occurred, but the state is insisting that there is no safety issue involved.
