Narrative:
Climbing on 330 degree heading and 5200 ft MSL received a TA from TCASII, target at plus 1300 ft. First officer clicked off automatic throttles and reduced rate of climb (we were climbing at 2500 FPM, 250 KTS). Almost immediately received an RA to descend at 2000 FPM. Nosed over and visually acquired cessna at 1 O'clock about 300 ft. Cessna started a turn and we flew under and to left of cessna. Cessna stated he had seen us and was at 6500 ft MSL. We had landing, flood, and wing/nacelle lights on. Believe the TCASII and follow it. Also keep those lights on (especially below 10000 ft).
