Narrative:

I fly for FBO, a scheduled 135 atx. As you know, multi- engine aircraft must be weighed every 3 yrs to be legal for 135. Due to a poor maintenance tracking procedure, I flew this aircraft for approximately 3 months after aircraft should have been weighed. I, as well as all pilots, should take more responsibility to check these items. We realized the 'weigh date' was out on jan/sun/94. The aircraft was due to be weighed by oct/sun/93. Supplemental information from acn 261672: I flew a C-402 during part 135 operations without a current weighing of the aircraft.
