Narrative:

On return flight from phx sky harbor, propeller strike occurred in taxi to or from FBO. Left engine propeller is missing 1-3 inches off 1 blade, 1 inch off the second blade, third blade has serrated gouges. Left main wheel has 1/2 piece missing on the inside, towards the outside of the wheel. The problem was not found until the next day on preflight. I did not feel or hear the propeller striking anything. Nor could I find any reports of any taxi or runway lights out at sky harbor or yuma, on or near my taxi route. The time of the incident was between XA30 - XB45. This may have been a contributing factor since I checked in to work at early am. Since I did not feel the impact or there are no taxi lights out, the only possible explanation is foreign object damage on the runway which was not reported. There was maintenance occurring at both airports during working hours. Also, one of the propeller blades has blue or green glass embedded in the gouges. And the left wheel and tire have yellow paint on them. The left tire also is damaged, it has a 3-4 inch cut near the wheel damage.

Narrative: ON RETURN FLT FROM PHX SKY HARBOR, PROP STRIKE OCCURRED IN TAXI TO OR FROM FBO. L ENG PROP IS MISSING 1-3 INCHES OFF 1 BLADE, 1 INCH OFF THE SECOND BLADE, THIRD BLADE HAS SERRATED GOUGES. L MAIN WHEEL HAS 1/2 PIECE MISSING ON THE INSIDE, TOWARDS THE OUTSIDE OF THE WHEEL. THE PROB WAS NOT FOUND UNTIL THE NEXT DAY ON PREFLT. I DID NOT FEEL OR HEAR THE PROP STRIKING ANYTHING. NOR COULD I FIND ANY RPTS OF ANY TAXI OR RWY LIGHTS OUT AT SKY HARBOR OR YUMA, ON OR NEAR MY TAXI RTE. THE TIME OF THE INCIDENT WAS BTWN XA30 - XB45. THIS MAY HAVE BEEN A CONTRIBUTING FACTOR SINCE I CHKED IN TO WORK AT EARLY AM. SINCE I DID NOT FEEL THE IMPACT OR THERE ARE NO TAXI LIGHTS OUT, THE ONLY POSSIBLE EXPLANATION IS FOREIGN OBJECT DAMAGE ON THE RWY WHICH WAS NOT RPTED. THERE WAS MAINT OCCURRING AT BOTH ARPTS DURING WORKING HRS. ALSO, ONE OF THE PROP BLADES HAS BLUE OR GREEN GLASS EMBEDDED IN THE GOUGES. AND THE L WHEEL AND TIRE HAVE YELLOW PAINT ON THEM. THE L TIRE ALSO IS DAMAGED, IT HAS A 3-4 INCH CUT NEAR THE WHEEL DAMAGE.
