Narrative:

Because of wind direction at hayward where I departed en route to reid hillview, the departure procedure was reversed to 010 degrees instead of 280 degrees, even though I had ATIS and had clearance confirmed at reid hillview, I perceived the same wind direction and promulgated a reversed approach and landing procedure at reid hillview to be in order. Summarily I landed on 13R instead of 31R. The tower confirmed there was no traffic conflict.

Narrative: BECAUSE OF WIND DIRECTION AT HAYWARD WHERE I DEPARTED ENRTE TO REID HILLVIEW, THE DEP PROC WAS REVERSED TO 010 DEGS INSTEAD OF 280 DEGS, EVEN THOUGH I HAD ATIS AND HAD CLRNC CONFIRMED AT REID HILLVIEW, I PERCEIVED THE SAME WIND DIRECTION AND PROMULGATED A REVERSED APCH AND LNDG PROC AT REID HILLVIEW TO BE IN ORDER.
