Narrative:
I do not wish to disclose my name due to pressure from my employer. While flying and landing to runway 11 at night, I noticed several obstruction lights out on wires that are just off of the approach end of runway 11. I asked the tower about the lights and they said that they have been out for an extended period of time. This is an unsafe condition and should be corrected as soon as possible.
