Narrative:
On our climb out of lax, turning south at the shoreline we lost our green hydraulic system due to a hydraulic leak in this particular system. We followed standard air carrier abnormal checklist appropriate for abnormal. Since air carrier afm didn't instruct us otherwise and we did not see any other safety conflict (we still had 2 other hydraulic system remaining), we decided to go on to iah. We completed the flight without any further incident. Due to the loss of green hydraulic we had to crank down the gear and use alternate braking upon landing. Supplemental information from acn 262327: followed the checklists with a call to company maintenance in los angeles. We agreed that there was no reason to believe that we would loose any other system or controls and elected to continue the flight to iah.

SUPPLEMENTAL INFO FROM ACN 262327: FOLLOWED THE CHKLISTS WITH A CALL TO COMPANY MAINT IN LOS ANGELES.
