Narrative:
Leaving dsm the gear on my CT210 would not retract. I continued on to my destination. After a fly-by, the tower said, 'the gear appears down and locked.' however, it was now light enough and I could see that the right main was not locked. After exhausting the checklist and performing high G turns and slips I returned for a touch-and-go striking only the mains. This resulted in a green light. I then returned for a soft field landing and rolled out using no braking.
