Narrative:

Departed deer valley airport from 25 left, cleared for right turn, northbound. Tower advised of traffic 'to my right' inbound for right downwind to 25 right. I informed tower I was 'looking' approximately 2 mins later aircraft passed under me, left to right apparently entering extended right downwind. No indication that other aircraft ever saw me. No evasive action by either aircraft -- estimate vertical separation to be 500 ft.
