Narrative:

Departure from frg runway 32 in turn (right) to 010 degrees. Departure control advised of 12 O'clock traffic, a turn immediate to approximately 330 degrees, single engine cessna passed to right heading south at 1400 ft MSL. Tower should have advised of traffic prior to takeoff. Cessna was not in proper area for north departures. Tower may have been preoccupied with other traffic in area and a lear jet landing on runway 32, our departure runway. Pilots need more awareness of VFR traffic on departures and arrs.
