Narrative:
Our flight operated normally, and all normal procedure checklists were followed. I parked the aircraft at gate and received the stop signal and chocks inserted sign. We completed the entire parking checklist since no outbound crew was meeting the flight. This included turning off the hydraulic system 'B' pump and closing the ground interconnect. I received a call 2 hours 30 mins later informing me the aircraft had rolled into the jet bridge. Because the chocks were not properly installed, we had left the aircraft when it occurred. Parking brakes were on. How to keep this from happening: if you say you did something, make sure you did it. Give the chocks in, put the chocks in. I, or one of our crew members, will visually verify that chocks are correctly inserted before removing hydraulic pressure to the aircraft. Contributing factors: no ground crew was scheduled to work this flight.
