Narrative:

While working with my multi-CFI student on takeoff and lndgs, the right main landing gear started to fold up on rollout. When I noticed the right side of the aircraft getting very low, I added full power and rolled the yoke hard to the left. The right propeller struck and, as I rolled to the left, the ground struck the left propeller. Someone on the ground looked at the gear with binoculars and told me the gear now looked ok. I made a second landing with no problem. My witness on the ground told me he saw the gear down the first time and it looked like the right main was not locked. I had 3 green lights and no red gear unsafe light. No aircraft damage except propellers.
