Narrative:

Cleared for takeoff runway 4 at lga. During takeoff roll, after setting takeoff power at approximately 70 KIAS, we noticed an air carrier A320 crossing the 'active' runway. The takeoff had to be aborted. I do not know if the ground controller incorrectly crossed the airbus or if the airbus was at fault. Nothing surprises me at lga anyway. Traffic separation is usually at the absolute minimum. Overall, I feel the decision to abort the takeoff was the wisest due to the situation, also we would consider the abort a low speed abort.

Title: AN ACR LTT ABORTED ITS TKOF WHEN AN ACR AIRBUS A320 CROSSED THE RWY.

Narrative: CLRED FOR TKOF RWY 4 AT LGA. DURING TKOF ROLL, AFTER SETTING TKOF PWR AT APPROX 70 KIAS, WE NOTICED AN ACR A320 XING THE 'ACTIVE' RWY. THE TKOF HAD TO BE ABORTED. I DO NOT KNOW IF THE GND CTLR INCORRECTLY CROSSED THE AIRBUS OR IF THE AIRBUS WAS AT FAULT. NOTHING SURPRISES ME AT LGA ANYWAY. TFC SEPARATION IS USUALLY AT THE ABSOLUTE MINIMUM.
