Narrative:
Parked at gate with 1 engine running. Marshaller gave chocks in signal. Captain released brakes. Chocks slid across ground and aircraft rolled forward several ft and contacted a fuel truck which pulled up in front of right wing. Small dent in right leading edge slat. Supplemental information from acn 265359: no knowledge of incident until 15 mins after departure from aircraft.

Narrative: PARKED AT GATE WITH 1 ENG RUNNING. MARSHALLER GAVE CHOCKS IN SIGNAL. CAPT RELEASED BRAKES. CHOCKS SLID ACROSS GND AND ACFT ROLLED FORWARD SEVERAL FT AND CONTACTED A FUEL TRUCK WHICH PULLED UP IN FRONT OF R WING. SMALL DENT IN R LEADING EDGE SLAT. SUPPLEMENTAL INFORMATION FROM ACN 265359: NO KNOWLEDGE OF INCIDENT UNTIL 15 MINS AFTER DEP FROM ACFT.
