Narrative:
Left inboard gear door light remained on after takeoff. Recycling gear did not correct problem. No airstream noise noted. Elected to continue multiple legs until reaching our maintenance base. Should have had problem corrected at first stop. Failed to log discrepancies appropriately as well. I need further training in procedures for logging maintenance discrepancies and sound judgement was lacking in continuing a flight with the discrepancy noted. Supplemental information from acn 265803: on monday, company operations suspended the crew pending review. In the course of our 135 flying a few sits arose in which I felt the captain was not handling the write-ups correctly -- namely, not doing it at all. I questioned him on this and was told that the maintenance was none of my concern and that he would handle all the paperwork. He also stated if he wanted my input he would ask me. We are being questioned by company operations and possibly the FAA and I feel I have done nothing wrong.

Title: AN ATX CREW IS IN TROUBLE WITH ITS COMPANY OVER NOT WRITING UP AN ITEM.
Narrative: L INBOARD GEAR DOOR LIGHT REMAINED ON AFTER TKOF. RECYCLING GEAR DID NOT CORRECT PROB. NO AIRSTREAM NOISE NOTED. ELECTED TO CONTINUE MULTIPLE LEGS UNTIL REACHING OUR MAINT BASE. SHOULD HAVE HAD PROB CORRECTED AT FIRST STOP. FAILED TO LOG DISCREPANCIES APPROPRIATELY AS WELL. I NEED FURTHER TRAINING IN PROCS FOR LOGGING MAINT DISCREPANCIES AND SOUND JUDGEMENT WAS LACKING IN CONTINUING A FLT WITH THE DISCREPANCY NOTED. SUPPLEMENTAL INFORMATION FROM ACN 265803: ON MONDAY, COMPANY OPS SUSPENDED THE CREW PENDING REVIEW. IN THE COURSE OF OUR 135 FLYING A FEW SITS AROSE IN WHICH I FELT THE CAPT WAS NOT HANDLING THE WRITE-UPS CORRECTLY -- NAMELY, NOT DOING IT AT ALL. I QUESTIONED HIM ON THIS AND WAS TOLD THAT THE MAINT WAS NONE OF MY CONCERN AND THAT HE WOULD HANDLE ALL THE PAPERWORK. HE ALSO STATED IF HE WANTED MY INPUT HE WOULD ASK ME. WE ARE BEING QUESTIONED BY COMPANY OPS AND POSSIBLY THE FAA AND I FEEL I HAVE DONE NOTHING WRONG.
