Narrative:
On mar/sun/94, I rented a single engine land aircraft at lincoln park airport (NO7), nj. As required by NTSB part 830, I am making this notification. The aircraft was a piper archer (PA-28), registered in the united states. I was the PIC. There were 3 people total in the aircraft. The WX and visibility were good. I was taxiing south down to runway 01 on the taxiway parallel to and east of runway 01/19. There was a stopped fuel truck on the extreme left side of the taxiway. I slowed down the aircraft to establish wingtip clearance of the aircraft I was controling, with reference to the truck. I made a conscious effort and determined that I could clear the wing tip, and proceeded. Unfortunately, I misjudged the horizontal distance and struck the fuel truck with the left wingtip. I estimate that the time of impact was around xx pm. There were no injuries or fatalities. I was told over the phone on the morning of monday, xx march, 1994, that the damage estimates totals of $5806.22.
