Narrative:
Left main gear failed to extend. Outstanding crew coordination. The ATC, orlando port authority/authorized and fire department were outstanding. I also enjoyed working with the NTSB and the FAA at the crash site.

Narrative: L MAIN GEAR FAILED TO EXTEND. OUTSTANDING CREW COORD. THE ATC, ORLANDO PORT AUTH AND FIRE DEPT WERE OUTSTANDING. I ALSO ENJOYED WORKING WITH THE NTSB AND THE FAA AT THE CRASH SITE.
