Narrative:
Sdq-mia, A300 aircraft. 2 MEL placards were put on this flight which were illegal. 1 MEL authorizes (MEL 32-1) landing gear indicating panel may be inoperative, provided all visual down locks (MEL 32-2) are operative. It states it is ok to placard 1 item if the other is operative but both were placarded. The discrepancy was found by the captain of the flight who had 1 item fixed. Dispatcher did not detect this problem because either of the placards required dispatch notification.
