Narrative:
While conducting a training touch-and-go at opa locka airport I inadvertently put the gear up while on the ground after landing. After touching down and stabilizing the aircraft, I went to full power and put the gear switch up. During the previous week I had not flown and was very focused practicing procedures on the ground 'chair flying.' I was practicing required maneuvers of slow flight and stalls, thus the recovery of full power, gear up, and flaps up was very drilled into my brain (by me). I believe without thinking I went full power, gear up while conducting the touch-and-go. Simply put, I put the gear up on the ground thinking I was recovering from a maneuver of slow flight of our aircraft to handling a stall.
