Narrative:
On preflight at srq, I discovered a blow out panel on #3 engine cracked open 1/2 inch. Ground personnel at srq reset panel to flush. Atl maintenance was called and a maintenance man from a srq FBO was called. The FBO maintenance man verified that the panel was flush and we departed srq. On arrival at dfw, the panel was missing.

Narrative: ON PREFLT AT SRQ, I DISCOVERED A BLOW OUT PANEL ON #3 ENG CRACKED OPEN 1/2 INCH. GND PERSONNEL AT SRQ RESET PANEL TO FLUSH. ATL MAINT WAS CALLED AND A MAINT MAN FROM A SRQ FBO WAS CALLED.
