Narrative:
During climb out from dtw to lax I was notified by our lead flight attendant that another flight attendant had offered and served an alcoholic beverage to an armed dea agent while we were on the ground before takeoff. She wasn't aware that he was armed. The dea should have known better than to accept the offered beverage.
