Narrative:
Flight cleared to taxi to 32L, T10 intersection takeoff via microphone and tango txwys. Crew busy with runway change and change in release fuel. This necessitated new takeoff data. These distrs resulted in crew missing the T10 intersection and taking 32L on the T9 intersection. Ord tower asked if we could accept takeoff clearance from that point. We accepted the takeoff clearance and rest of flight was uneventful. We accepted clearance based on our aircraft weight relatively light at 108000 and over 8000 ft of available runway. In reality we were not 'takeoff legal' based on the fact that we did not possess takeoff data for 32L from T9 intersection. In retrospect, crew should have either back taxied to takeoff with tower permission or held short and obtained new takeoff data for that point.

Title: UNAUTH TKOF WHEN ACR MLG DOES NOT POSSESS THE CORRECT TKOF DATA FOR RWY LENGTH REQUIRED REMAINING.
Narrative: FLT CLRED TO TAXI TO 32L, T10 INTXN TKOF VIA MIKE AND TANGO TXWYS. CREW BUSY WITH RWY CHANGE AND CHANGE IN RELEASE FUEL. THIS NECESSITATED NEW TKOF DATA. THESE DISTRS RESULTED IN CREW MISSING THE T10 INTXN AND TAKING 32L ON THE T9 INTXN. ORD TWR ASKED IF WE COULD ACCEPT TKOF CLRNC FROM THAT POINT. WE ACCEPTED THE TKOF CLRNC AND REST OF FLT WAS UNEVENTFUL. WE ACCEPTED CLRNC BASED ON OUR ACFT WT RELATIVELY LIGHT AT 108000 AND OVER 8000 FT OF AVAILABLE RWY. IN REALITY WE WERE NOT 'TKOF LEGAL' BASED ON THE FACT THAT WE DID NOT POSSESS TKOF DATA FOR 32L FROM T9 INTXN. IN RETROSPECT, CREW SHOULD HAVE EITHER BACK TAXIED TO TKOF WITH TWR PERMISSION OR HELD SHORT AND OBTAINED NEW TKOF DATA FOR THAT POINT.
