Narrative:
Control tower issued this clearance to us while we were holding short of runway 17R at dfw...'cleared to cross runway 17R, 17L, and cleared for takeoff 13L.' as we were about to taxi onto runway 13L, I looked left to check for traffic, and saw a cessna caravan Y on very short final. I stopped the aircraft immediately. Then the tower issued multiple go around commands to the caravan. The caravan then conducted a go around. The major contribution to this event is the absolute too fast pace of the controllers and the unusual long taxi distance from runway 17R to runway 13L.

Title: RWY INCURSION ACR X HAD LTSS FROM Y LNDG. SYS ERROR.
Narrative: CTL TWR ISSUED THIS CLRNC TO US WHILE WE WERE HOLDING SHORT OF RWY 17R AT DFW...'CLRED TO CROSS RWY 17R, 17L, AND CLRED FOR TKOF 13L.' AS WE WERE ABOUT TO TAXI ONTO RWY 13L, I LOOKED L TO CHK FOR TFC, AND SAW A CESSNA CARAVAN Y ON VERY SHORT FINAL. I STOPPED THE ACFT IMMEDIATELY. THEN THE TWR ISSUED MULTIPLE GAR COMMANDS TO THE CARAVAN. THE CARAVAN THEN CONDUCTED A GAR. THE MAJOR CONTRIBUTION TO THIS EVENT IS THE ABSOLUTE TOO FAST PACE OF THE CTLRS AND THE UNUSUAL LONG TAXI DISTANCE FROM RWY 17R TO RWY 13L.
