Narrative:

At XX16Z clt approach lost the FIDO and ARTS interface with ZTL. This equipment was returned to service at XX35Z. All handoffs had to be done manually and no flight data was able to be processed. ZTL had to spin 1 aircraft because of this outage.

Narrative: AT XX16Z CLT APCH LOST THE FIDO AND ARTS INTERFACE WITH ZTL. THIS EQUIP WAS RETURNED TO SVC AT XX35Z. ALL HDOFS HAD TO BE DONE MANUALLY AND NO FLT DATA WAS ABLE TO BE PROCESSED. ZTL HAD TO SPIN 1 ACFT BECAUSE OF THIS OUTAGE.
