Narrative:

At PM55 local after starting our right engine to depart on our route, and during left engine startup we were advised that the c- 140 piloted by GA pilot Y had taxied into his hangar space adjacent to ours and about 50 ft behind the jet. We knew then that we would be going out at idle thrust since the lear 35 will taxi at idle just fine. After taxiing about 2 ft, pilot Y came charging around the left side of the plane, attacking and grabbing our mechanic, who was marshalling us out. He pushed mechanic and shook him to where both in front of the tip tank. I had to slam on the brakes of the lear to stop from hitting mechanic, then they let go of each other moved to the left and we continued out at idle thrust. He evidently had taxied in behind us and then jumped from his plane to attack our mechanic. Throughout this time period, our aircraft was already running with the beacon on.

AFTER TAXIING ABOUT 2 FT, PLT Y CAME CHARGING AROUND THE L SIDE OF THE PLANE, ATTACKING AND GRABBING OUR MECH, WHO WAS MARSHALLING US OUT. HE PUSHED MECH AND SHOOK HIM TO WHERE BOTH IN FRONT OF THE TIP TANK. I HAD TO SLAM ON THE BRAKES OF THE LEAR TO STOP FROM HITTING MECH, THEN THEY LET GO OF EACH OTHER MOVED TO THE L AND WE CONTINUED OUT AT IDLE THRUST. HE EVIDENTLY HAD TAXIED IN BEHIND US AND THEN JUMPED FROM HIS PLANE TO ATTACK OUR MECH. THROUGHOUT THIS TIME PERIOD, OUR ACFT WAS ALREADY RUNNING WITH THE BEACON ON.
