Narrative:

Military X UH60 pattern work (training). Pilot earlier was issued left traffic runway 26, entered left traffic runway 8. UH60 was extended downwind for traffic. PA24 VFR inbound reported 5 mi east for runway 26 (2ND call and report as requested). Traffic was exchanged. Both aircraft acknowledged. PA24 then said UH60 was coming at him. Military trainers are bad news. They do not have a clue. VFR civil have false sense that all towers have radar (BRITE) capability. Visibility was poor with haze. But, as a pilot and controller, how can you not see a UH60? Almost in your face!
