Narrative:

The runway 13 takeoff situation at lga has gone from bad to worse. We all know of the '80 KT bump' at lga runway 13 (about 1000 ft down the runway) -- we also know it was recently 'repaired' -- no way! It is now worse -- so bad in fact that there are now 2 massive bumps -- if I were in the air it would be severe (turbulence), so bad that at about 80000 and 110000 we were jolted by the poor condition of the runway surface. It needs to be replaced and resurfaced again properly. It's only a matter of time until someone blows a nosewheel tire or busts the strut. In the winter, slippery conditions could cause a runway excursion!
