11000 ft on nanci 2 arrival to lga. Just received descent clearance when we received TA from TCASII. Target identify on TCASII at 12 O'clock 5 mi same aft RA gave climb, climbed to 11700 ft. First officer saw aircraft pass below. ATC advised he was at 10800 ft. Normal flight was resumed to lga.
